Description :
The 2 inch 25Bar high strength PVC lining rubber fire hose is designed for use in high pressure places where there is a need for reliable and durable fire protection.
This fire hose is made with a high strength PVC lining that provides excellent resistance to abrasion, puncture, and UV rays. The rubber outer layer adds further protection and flexibility, allowing for easy handling and maneuverability.
With a working pressure of 25Bar (362.5 PSI), this fire hose is capable of delivering a strong and consistent water flow to combat fires effectively. It is suitable for use in industrial settings, construction sites, and other high-pressure environments where fire hazards are present.
The 2 inch diameter of the hose allows for a sufficient water flow rate while still being lightweight and easy to handle. It is also compatible with standard fire hose fittings, making it easy to connect to existing fire suppression systems.
Overall, the 2 inch 25Bar high strength PVC lining rubber fire hose is a reliable and durable solution for high-pressure fire protection needs. Its combination of PVC lining and rubber outer layer ensures long-lasting performance and resistance to wear and tear.

Maintenance :
1.Hose connection: Prior to connecting the fire hose onto the hose interface, it is essential to secure it using galvanized steel wire and adhesive tape;
2.Hose usage: During operation, align the water hose perpendicularly beside the water pump to prevent torsion or abrupt alterations. Securely bend the hose to prevent physical damage due to accidental collisions.
3.Hose placement: Refrain from placing the hose near sharp objects or various types of oil, and utilize appropriate hose hooks to safeguard the bridge against potential wheel overruns and consequent intermittent water supply disruptions.
4.Freezing prevention: During harsh winters, when water supply is temporarily halted, ensure that the water pump operates at a reduced speed to sustain a minimal water output to prevent freezing.
5.Water belt cleansing: Thoroughly clean the water belt post-use to preserve the inner rubber layer. It may be rinsed with lukewarm water or soap solution. It must not be rolled up and stored without prior drying.
