Centrifugal pump is a type of pump that relies on the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to transport liquid. The use of high-speed rotating impeller blades to drive water rotation and throw water out, so as to achieve the purpose of transportation. It has a variety of forms, such as: vertical, horizontal, single-stage, multi-stage, single suction, double suction, self-suction and pipeline type , etc. Therefore, we can know that centrifugal pump is a large pump that has been used in many industrial and civil fields. The pipeline circulation pump is an ordinary vertical or horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump, which is also a kind of centrifugal pump.
The basic structure of centrifugal pump is composed of eight parts, which are: impeller, pump body, pump cover, water retaining ring, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring, stuffing box, axial force balancing device.
1.The impeller is the core part of the centrifugal pump, its high-speed output force.
2. The pump body is also called the pump housing, which is the main body of the pump. It plays a supporting and fixing role and is connected to the bracket for mounting bearings.
3. The role of the pump shaft is to connect the coupling and the motor, the motor torque to the impeller, so it is the main part of the transmission of mechanical energy.
4. Sealing rings are also called leakage reduction rings.
5. The filling box is mainly filled, so that the water flowing inside the pump does not flow outside, and the air outside does not enter the pump. Always keep the vacuum inside the pump! When the pump shaft and packing friction heat rely on the water sealing pipe water into the sealing ring to cool the packing!
6. Axial force balancing device, in the process of centrifugal pump operation, because the liquid is in low pressure into the impeller, and out of high pressure, so that the pressure on both sides of the impeller is unequal, producing axial thrust pointing to the inlet direction, will cause the rotor axial channeling, wear and vibration, so axial thrust bearing should be set up, in order to balance the axial force.
Pipeline circulating pumps and centrifugal pumps belong to the pump category, but their working principles and application scenarios are different, and the specific differences are as follows:
1. Working principle: Pipeline circulation pump is a kind of power equipment that pushes the liquid in the pump body to the target pipeline through the motor, so as to realize the circulation of liquid. The centrifugal pump is the use of centrifugal force to push the liquid outward, so as to achieve the delivery of liquid.
2. Application scenario: Pipeline circulation pump is mainly used in pipeline circulation systems, such as HVAC, industrial water circulation and other occasions. Its main function is to increase the flow rate of liquid in the pipeline, so as to improve the circulation efficiency of the pipeline. Centrifugal pumps are suitable for conveying clear water, sewage, oil, chemical liquids, etc., widely used in industry, agriculture, construction, municipal and other fields.
3. Structural characteristics: Pipeline circulation pumps usually adopt a single-stage pump structure. Simple structure, maintenance and cleaning are more convenient. The centrifugal pump can be divided into single-stage, multi-stage and mixed flow types and other structures, with higher head and flow, but relatively more complex.
